Jobs and the economy

Government doesn't create new jobs in the U.S. In fact, it prevents new job creation by excessive regulation of industry. Instead of reckless and wasteful new spending programs under the guise of "stimulus," the government ought to be trying to remove excessive and wasteful regulation so that the private, free-enterprise system will thrive once again creating good jobs and careers for Coloradans. As your next U.S. Senator from Colorado, I will introduce bills to stop Washington DC's reckless foray into private enterprise so that more jobs and careers can be created securing to all Americans their portion of the dream.
